We have confirmed several cases where tickets purchased outside of the Nintendo Museum ticketing website were invalid. In these cases, the visitors were unable to enter the museum.
The transfer or resale of Nintendo Museum tickets to third parties (whether paid or not) is prohibited, and tickets may not be shared with other parties.
The only exception is for assigning a ticket to another member of the visiting party via the specific means outlined by Nintendo's official communication.

Please be sure to purchase your tickets from the Nintendo Museum ticketing website.
Tickets sold anywhere else are not valid.

If we find that tickets have been sold or transferred through unauthorized channels, such as resale sites, auctions, or social media, we may cancel all tickets you have purchased, including but not limited to the tickets in question, without prior notice. We may also suspend your eligibility to visit the Nintendo Museum in the future. Note that we are unable to provide refunds or compensation for any tickets canceled for any of the above reasons.

Please note that if we identify any prohibited resale activity, we may take appropriate action against those engaged in the resale in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Note that anyone who continues to resell tickets knowing that they cannot be redeemed may be subject to criminal liability for fraud.
