*Children ages 11 or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. When purchasing a child ticket (11 or younger), also purchase at least one adult ticket (18+).
*Admission is free for preschoolers with accessibility needs. Tickets for adults and children with accessibility needs are sold at the same price as child tickets. One companion may also buy a ticket for the price of a child ticket. On the day of your visit, please present a certification of accessibility need (or Mirairo ID) to enter the museum.

What do I need in order to purchase tickets?
You'll need the following to purchase tickets:
- Purchaser's Nintendo Account
- Phone number (mobile or landline)
- Credit card
- Full names of all visitors
*In order to verify each visitor's identity, the full names provided for each visitor must match the names listed on their respective identification documents.

Q.
How do I cancel purchased tickets?
To cancel your tickets, all of the following conditions must be met:
- It is not yet the date and time of the scheduled visit.
- The QR code is not displayed on the ticket page.
- The ticket has not been assigned to another visitor.
- If there are any child tickets, there must also be at least one adult ticket.

Cancellations cannot be processed under the following circumstances.
In these cases, you can go to the ticketing office at the time of your visit instead.
- (1)When canceling the ticket for someone with accessibility needs but not for their companion ticket. In this case, the companion's ticket price will become the regular price, so additional payment will be required.
- (2)When you want to cancel only a preschooler ticket.

Can I buy tickets ahead of time even if I don't know who will be visiting the museum with me?
Entering a ticket drawing requires the full names and phone numbers of every visitor.

Can minors enter the museum on their own?
Children ages 11 or younger cannot enter the museum on their own.
They must be accompanied by someone who purchased an adult (18+) ticket, without exception.
Visitors who are 12 years or older may enter the museum unaccompanied as long as they have a ticket.

1. Prohibition on the Improper Use of Tickets
- Using tickets that have been resold or transferring tickets to visitors other than those whose names were registered at the time of purchase is strictly prohibited.

2. Regarding Photography and Recording Video
- In Exhibition Building 1, photography is allowed in the interactive exhibits area but not in the exhibition area.
- Do not take photographs or record videos for commercial use or in areas where such activities are prohibited.
- Taking photographs or recording videos with a selfie stick is prohibited. In areas where taking photographs or recording videos is permitted, please refrain from activities that may negatively impact the enjoyment of fellow visitors, such as live streaming.
- Large photography and video-recording equipment, such as tripods, is not permitted.
- If you post a photo that you took or a video that you recorded to a social-networking service, please comply with the following guidelines regarding Nintendo game content:

3. Regarding Food and Drink
- Food may not be brought into the museum, with the exception of baby food, snacks for children, and food for those whose dining options are limited due to allergies or other conditions.
- Drinks contained within a plastic bottle, insulated container, etc. may be brought into the museum (and are subject to inspection upon entering), excluding alcoholic drinks.

4. Miscellaneous Precautions
- Do not bring dangerous objects or ignition sources into the museum.
- Large bags are not permitted in the museum. Free coin lockers are located near the entrance. Please store any large bags there before entering.
- Pets are not allowed (excludes service dogs).
- Children 11 years or younger may not enter the museum on their own. Ensure that all children 11 years or younger are accompanied by a companion at least 18 years old during their visit.
- We will refuse entry to those who are under the influence of substances.

5. For Everyone's Enjoyment
- Please do your utmost to ensure that the exhibits and decorations do not become dirty or damaged.
- Refrain from acting in a manner that may inconvenience other guests and local residents or that may hinder the operation of the museum.
- Unauthorized commercial activities, displays, or handouts.
- Unauthorized photo shoots, gatherings, speeches, events, or performances.
- Promoting specific political organizations, religions, ideologies, or beliefs.
- Dangerous acts, including running inside the museum.
- Occupying a given area for a prolonged period of time.
- Acts of harassment or violence toward the staff.
- All other acts determined to be in violation of the Nintendo Museum Terms of Service.
- Smoking only allowed in the designated outdoor locations.

6. Regarding Visiting in Costume (Cosplay)
Please refrain from visiting the Nintendo Museum in any sort of costume (cosplay). In addition to costumes, please refrain from wearing clothing or accessories that:
- expose a large amount of the wearer's skin or reveal their undergarments.
- incorporate a design that may be offensive to others.
- obscure the wearer's identity, such as head coverings and face masks, excluding those worn for medical or religious purposes.
- have sharp points or edges.
- drag along the ground.
- can be mistaken for the uniforms of police officers, firefighters, security guards, or museum attendants.
- hinder the facility's operation.
